CLIENT PROBLEM
FUCHS OILS approached us about 4 months prior to the start of their office fitout project here in Melbourne. They were in the process of upgrading from their original office fitout to a space designed better suited for their business growth. The design they selected required a comprehensive interior refurbishment.
OUR SOLUTION
As usual we conducted multiple site visits, engaging in thorough discussions to identify the optimal approach for developing the required plans. Our engineers and draftsmen then created the office fitout plans, considering staff headcount and any specific client requirements.
Upon approval of the plans, our construction team swiftly executed the office fitout, adhering to the agreed-upon schedule and budget. FUCHS OILS introduced some changes during the process to the kitchen area which we happily accommodated. The result was a fully functional and beautiful office fitout that left the client very satisfied.
